1. AGREEMENT

By accessing or purchasing from ehfsystems.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These Terms govern your use of ehfsystems.com and all purchases made through it.

2. ABOUT EHF SYSTEMS

EHF Systems, LLC ("EHF Systems," "we," "us") sells dietary supplement products, including The Link Up™ system (Node 01 / Node 02 / Node 03). We are not a medical provider. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. Product descriptions, ingredient panels, and images are for informational purposes. Minor variations between product description and received product (label updates, batch adjustments) may occur and do not constitute grounds for dispute or chargeback.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Acceptance. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe. Payment is collected at the time of order.

Pricing. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice. Price changes do not apply to already-confirmed orders.

Allocation System. Products may be sold through an allocation or waitlist model. Submission to the allocation flow does not guarantee purchase. Allocation access is confirmed by order confirmation email.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to the contiguous United States. Shipping timelines are estimates — not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

See our Refund Policy, incorporated by reference. Refund requests outside policy terms will not be honored.

8. SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMER

EHF Systems products are dietary supplements. They are not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a pre-existing condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on ehfsystems.com — including copy, design, product names (The Link Up™, Node 01, Node 02, Node 03), the EHF Systems name, and all visual assets — is owned by EHF Systems, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any EHF Systems content without written permission.

10. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use this site to submit false or fraudulent orders, harvest data or use automated scraping tools, reverse-engineer or copy product formulations for commercial use, resell EHF Systems products without authorization, or interfere with site security or functionality.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EHF Systems' total liability for any claim related to your use of this site or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. EHF Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This site and all products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in North Carolina courts.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
