REFUND POLICY
EHF Systems, LLC — Effective Date: May 2026
OVERVIEW
EHF Systems, LLC stands behind the quality of The Link Up™ system. This policy defines the conditions under which we issue refunds, replacements, or store credit.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on opened or used dietary supplement products. This policy exists to protect product safety and integrity.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the product is in original, sealed packaging, you contact us at info@ehfcom.com before shipping the return, and return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ehfcom.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will replace the affected product or issue a full refund at our discretion. No return shipment required for damaged or defective orders.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and building access points, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, and if unresolved after 5 business days contact us at info@ehfcom.com.
EHF Systems is not responsible for orders marked delivered to the confirmed shipping address.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting info@ehfcom.com. After fulfillment begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
CHARGEBACKS
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of transaction and delivery confirmation.
NON-REFUNDABLE
The following are not eligible for refund: opened or partially used products, products outside the 30-day return window, orders where incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout, and orders affected by carrier delays outside our control.
