Batch 001 is a preorder

The Link Up™ is produced in batches. When you place an order for Batch 001, you are reserving a system from a production run that has not yet been completed — not buying from shelf stock.

We think that's the honest way to sell something made in small batches, and we've built the terms below around it.

We don't promise a delivery date

Production timelines for supplements depend on ingredient sourcing, manufacturing schedules, and quality testing — none of which move on command, and none of which we will rush.

So we give you an estimate rather than a guarantee, and we tell you when the estimate changes. We would rather be honest about uncertainty than commit to a date and miss it.

Batch 001 is currently estimated October 2026. This is an estimate, not a delivery date, and it may move.

You are not charged until your order ships

Your card details are stored securely with our payment processor when you order. Nothing is charged. We take payment only when your system is packed and leaving for you.

You are never out of pocket for a product you haven't received. That is the point.

Cancel any time before it ships

Because nothing is charged until dispatch, cancelling a preorder costs you nothing and requires no explanation. Email orders@ehfsystems.com and your reservation is released.

If we can't give you a date, you should be free to leave at any point. Those two things go together.

We'll keep you updated

You'll hear from us as production progresses, and any time our estimate moves — with a revised estimate and a reminder that you can cancel. If a revised timeline doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll release your order.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with a standard tracked parcel carrier — USPS, UPS, or FedEx — chosen per shipment based on destination and service level. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
